Terms of service

By creating an account or calling the API you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Noah AI.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for every request made with your API keys. Keep keys private and rotate them from the dashboard if they leak.

Credits and billing

Usage is charged in credits at the rates on the pricing page. Rates can change; the rate shown when a request is made is the rate that applies to it.

Service availability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Models and limits can change or be withdrawn, and we may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of the prompts you send and the outputs you receive. You are responsible for having the right to send that content.

What we collect

Your email and account details, API usage records (model, token counts, time), payment references, and technical data such as IP address and device information used for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

To run the service, bill usage, prevent abuse, and answer support requests. Prompts and outputs are processed to deliver your request and are sent to the model providers needed to answer it.

Sharing

We share data only with the providers and infrastructure services required to operate Noah AI, or when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

Your choices

You can ask us to export or delete your account data through support.

Refund policy

Credits are added to your wallet after a payment is confirmed. Credits that have been used are not refundable.

If you were charged twice, paid and received no credits, or were billed for a failed request, contact billing support with your account email and transaction hash. We review each case and correct verified errors with credits or a refund.

Crypto payments cannot be reversed by us once sent, so check the network and address before you pay.

Acceptable use

Do not use Noah AI to break the law, to harm or harass others, to create malware, or to generate content that sexualizes minors.

Do not bypass rate limits or usage limits, share or resell your API key, probe the service for security flaws without permission, or attempt to evade safety systems of Noah AI or its model providers.

We may limit or suspend access when we see abuse.

Cookies and local storage

We use browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your theme and active chat. Security checks such as Cloudflare Turnstile may set their own cookies on the login page. We do not use advertising cookies.
